Town of Victoria Park’s Youth Plan

The Town is inviting all parents and carers of children aged 12 and above to participate in a survey and to attend a workshop to help them to better understand and identify ways to make the Town a great place for young people.

  1. COMPLETE THE SURVEY. This will ask questions about what you think is important for young people in your care and where you see opportunities. It will take less than 10 minutes and you will go in the draw to win a $50 Coles/Myer gift voucher.

  1. ATTEND THE WORKSHOP. We will ask you for feedback on the Youth Plan’s draft strategies and actions for improvement. Held via video conference, you can participate from the comfort of your own home. WHEN: Saturday 10th April, 2pm to 3.30pm BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL.
Kiss & Drive / Parking Areas:

Reminder to parents that the areas marked as Kiss & Drive are for parents who meet their children at their car.  If you need to leave your car to collect your child from class, please park elsewhere. There is ample street parking on Playfield Street, and limited parking on Pinedale and Ramsden Streets.  (Please take note of No Stopping signage on Ramsden Street – parents have been fined in the past for stopping illegally.)

Greenbatch & Containers for Change:

The collection bins will have a new location in the corner outside the Art Room.

Collection day will still be every Wednesday.
