Reporting to Parents
School-based Student Reports
Student reports are generated at the end of each Semester, and are emailed to parents via the email address supplied to the school. (It is essential that parents notify the school should their email address change at any time.)
Semester 1 reports are emailed in the last week of Term 2, and Semester 2 reports in the last week of Term 4.
The link to view the student report is only active for 4 weeks, and we do ask that parents download the report and save the file in a safe place. It’s also a good idea to do a hard copy printout.
Students applying for a specialist program in high school will need to produce their latest report, and many private schools also request reports, regardless of the year level.
Children in Years 3 and 5 will have their NAPLAN results sent home in hard-copy format. Again, it is essential that parents keep these results (especially the Year 5 results) as they will be required for application into high school.
